This shop is run by Essential Bag. By placing an order you agree to the conditions set out below.

Order and contract

By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract comes into being as soon as we confirm the order or ship the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders, for example in the case of an obvious pricing error or suspected abuse.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars ($). Any taxes are shown at checkout once the delivery address is known. The available payment methods are shown there as well. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

Product information

We describe our items as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from screen to screen. Small differences in measurements and in the look of the material are possible for production reasons and are not a defect.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our shipping policy and our return policy apply and form part of these conditions.

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. We give no guarantees beyond those.

Liability

We are liable in accordance with the law. For indirect damage or lost profit we are liable only in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Changes

We may amend these conditions. The version that applies is the one on this page at the time of your order.
