Do I need a separate app?
No. On iPhone the tracking runs through “Find My”, on Android through Google’s Find Hub. The card shows up straight in the system’s map app, at no extra cost and with no subscription.
Can I pair several?
Yes. Each tracker is paired on its own and appears separately in the app.
How quickly do you ship?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Every parcel is tracked — the link is in the menu under “Track Your Order”.
What does shipping cost?
Orders of $40 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat $6.99, tracked as well.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The full conditions are in our refund and return policy.
