Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a separate app?
No. On iPhone the tracking runs through “Find My”, on Android through Google’s Find Hub. The card shows up straight in the system’s map app, at no extra cost and with no subscription.
How long does one charge last?
Up to 10 months. After that you charge the card wirelessly again — there is no button cell to replace.
How quickly do you ship?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Every parcel is tracked — the link is in the menu under “Track Your Order”.
What does shipping cost?
Orders of $40 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat $6.99, tracked as well.
Can I return my order?
